Why do we find it so difficult to stick to our routines if they are so beneficial and hold such a significant place in our lives?


There are a variety of factors that can contribute to a person's inability to keep up with their daily activities. These are the following:

  • We did not establish a productive habit for ourselves.
  • Routines are not a quick fix.
  • The unpredictability that comes with living a life might render a routine unproductive.

There is no denying the fact that routines have a reputation for being tedious. Let's face it: as we approached adulthood, the majority of us want to break free of the habits that our parents had established for us to follow. It was awesome that we could do whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted to do it. 


Sadly, this is where a lot of undesirable behaviors have a tendency to begin. If you want to make a powerful routine, you need to adjust your perspective and view it as a useful tool, rather than as a tedious duty. Only then will you be able to establish a powerful routine.


It's very uncommon for a lot of people to have trouble sticking to their routines for the simple reason that they are too idealistic. It's possible that they sought to alter too many aspects of the situation all at once. They might merely need to make some minor adjustments to the routine in order to account for any problems that they have encountered along the road. Because not all routines are created equal, it is necessary for you to learn how to develop a productive routine that is tailored to your own requirements.


Our daily routines are neither a solution to our problems, nor are they a quick remedy. The idea of incorporating daily rituals into our lives is not the first thing that comes to mind when we are trying to enhance various facets of our life. It takes time to form positive habits and it takes effort to break negative ones. When you first begin a program and don't immediately notice frequent benefits, it might be simple to become disheartened and give up.


It should come as no surprise that one of the primary reasons why people struggle to maintain their daily routines is due to the fact that they are not simple. Any form of regimen requires dedication and self-control in order to be maintained. When people go back on the wagon after falling off, they frequently feel as though there is no point in continuing. Keep in mind that maintaining the pattern will first be difficult for you, but over time, it will become simpler for you to do so.
